Cutting out the confusion and setting you on a direct path towards the goal of your choice. Delivered through our partnered app - MyPTHub, you’ll have access to your programs, exercise history, measurements. instructional video’s & your PT at the tip of your fingers + much much more. The confidence of having one piece of the puzzle already solved will allow you to focus your efforts on the rest of the journey. Think movement patterns, nutrition, intensity & compliance. YOUR COACH - BENJAMIN EDWARD.

Ben is a natural “bodybuilder” with a passion for fitness and self development. With over a decade in the fitness industry and 5 years as a practicing Personal Trainer and Business Owner. He aim's to inspire and educate people from all walks of life to get into the gym, build a body they can be proud of, increase their mental fortitude and apply the lessons learned inside the gym to every aspect of their lives.

To Ben, the benefits of exercise aren’t just felt physically but also mentally. He’s used the skills, the discipline & the drive he gained from exercising to improve every aspect of his life to date. He started from the absolute bottom - A high school dropout, gamer, welfare, anxiety, depression & even a crippling auto-immune disease (Coeliacs) held him back for many years until he found fitness in his early 20s.

Clawing his way from the bottom with hard work, intuitive training & years of introspection, he now runs a successful Personal Training business aiming to educate & inspire anyone/everyone but especially those who might resonate with his story & aim to work smarter & harder.

Ben completed his qualifications in 2019 with one of Australia’s leading fitness educators - NHFA. Soon after, beginning his Face 2 Face PT business in one of Australia’s biggest & best gym’s - Goodlife Bundall. With many lesson’s learnt & years of experience under his belt, he now broadened his horizon’s to the online space to inspire & educate thousands more.
