MEET BEN - YOUR COACH.

G’day! I’m Ben, a passionate fitness coach who lives for exercise and personal growth. With over 10 years in the fitness world and 5 years as a Personal Trainer and Business Owner. My aim is to inspire and educate people from all walks of life to get into the gym, build a body they can be proud of, increase their mental fortitude and apply the lessons learned/earned inside the gym to every aspect of their lives.

MY FIRE.

For me, fitness isn’t just about muscles anymore (I’ll admit it did start that way.)—it’s a mental game-changer. The discipline, grit, and drive I’ve built in the gym have transformed every part of my life. I started at rock bottom: a high school dropout, glued to video games, on welfare, battling anxiety, depression, and even an auto-immune disease (Coeliac).

That was me until my early 20s, when I stepped into a gym and found my fire. That first chest press changed everything.

WHY I COACH.

I clawed my way up through hard work, intuitive training, and plenty of introspection. Now, I run a Personal Training business to educate and inspire—especially those who see themselves in my story. Whether you’re battling self-doubt, health challenges, or just want to work smarter and harder, I’m here to help you find your fire, no shortcuts, just sweat and simplicity.

MY CREDENTIALS.

In 2019, I earned my fitness qualifications (Certificate IV in Fitness) with NHFA, one of Australia’s top educators. I jumped into the deep end, launching my Face-to-Face PT business at Goodlife Bundall, one of the country’s premier gyms. After years of lessons and training 100s of clients, I took the plunge into the online world to inspire and educate thousands more.
